On the last weekend of September it was again: the trainees of the IMPACT Group met for the workshop at its headquarters in Mannheim. For the first time got to "old" and new know personally, because this year increased our apprentice team. 
Were we to tenth last year, the number accumulated in the year to fourteen trainees. The workshop was held under the theme "Employment" some of what we were taught. But the workshop was not only listen, and sit. It was actively discussed, examples were exchanged and we had our trainees embarked on various themes and prepare their own presentations. A major issue in this case was the project managed by us "IMPACT Juris", case involving the placement of legal professionals at law firms and the like go. Experiences have been shared, clarified further proceedings and some success.
But the fun was not enough. So we were on Saturday evening first served with small treats, which provided for a full stomach and then drove via Large Taxi in the Prince Regent Theatre in Ludwigshafen to us there, the comedy "Edelzwicker" look. The other evening activities was left to us then. The next day we went
then enough coffee and a snack for the day continues with lectures and presentations. In addition to presenting the monthly tasks such as creating a Christmas letter to staff or the analysis of time working in the European comparison, presentations were given on our "twitter-recruiting - project" their attention.
When the training slowly closer to the end, the parting was difficult because we had a lot of fun together and regret, that some live so far away. Now is to say that we certainly look forward to the next meeting.
