I chose this issue to focus more on the team and its process of selecting their communication problems and their final exchange program. In this regard, many questions were asked.

The EBE written language consisted of simple symbols and signs, but our linguistic experts had an extremely difficult time when they compared the two written languages together. The next five years we could understand the language of the EBE's perfect, and the EBE's were able to understand our English language better. But we had to struggle with a bigger problem. While we tried the coordinates and a date, time and place to meet on earth to be defined. Although in principle we could understand their language and ours, we could not decipher their time and date, and they could not decrypt the information provided as well. Plan Changes: We received news of the EBE's, which was that they would not make any exchange, during their first visit to Earth.
They wanted to personally meet with us first and then plan the exchange program. This caused us many problems because our team was ready for replacement. We sent them a reply, but we received no answer.
Landing: in December 1963 sent the EBE's a message in which it the time, confirmed that the date and place for their landing. The message stated that two ships have been on their way to Earth and make the predicted landing at the adopted site.
(Note: during this period, our government has had to suffer the loss of President Kennedy, some who had been involved in the project wanted to blow it because of his death, but President Johnson was briefed about it and.. He decided to continue the project, though, it was noted that Johnson did not believe that this would happen this way.)
Our team set out his plans at two locations. The first location was a misdirection on the Holloman Air Force Base near Alamogordo, New Mexico and the second location, which was the actual landing location, was located west of Holloman, near the southern entrance of the White Sands Army basis.

Everything we have said was roughly translated and it was hard to understand. On the verbatim transcript of the meeting, I will not go into detail. The EBE's decided that they will make the exchange, but not until next year. It has been estimated for July 1965 and the place was the Nevada test site selected. People from the planning meeting that would not keep because they feared that this information leak somewhere could.
